Anonymous asked: Your Kindle contains a few errors, given that more facts have come to light. Firstly Amazon didn't delete any files from the users physical Kindle; the device was already damaged. Secondly the person she alleges she spoke to doesn't work for Amazon. Thirdly it seems she was attempting to access her account via a login that had been flagged for fraudulent activity. Fourthly - and importantly - her access has been fully restored, having been contacted by Amazon directly.
